We gathered on June 19th at Dirty Habit to celebrate "10 Years of Healing & Advocacy." It was a great evening reflecting on a decade of serving immigrant communities in the DMV area but we have also expanded to FL, TX and NJ.

It was a wonderful celebration, and I’m so grateful for the support from The Chicago School: it made the milestone even more special. The school sponsored $900, classified as "Friend of the Practice Sponsor." We raised a total of $4,848 from ticket purchases, which was donated 100% to three non-profit organizations: Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School, One Voice Many Languages (MLOV) and Intercultural Counseling. These organizations provide critical low-cost or pro bono work for our most vulnerable in our community. That was the goal of the evening. I am attaching a PowerPoint of our other sponsors.

We also awarded four individuals in our Latine community that have been critical and paved the way in Washington DC for us to become successful leaders.
